We are looking for an independent working cook who enjoys taking responsibility, maintaining oversight, and helping to build a kitchen where you feel heard, appreciated, and supported. In our kitchen, you are given the space to grow step by step, develop new skills, and become part of a close-knit and professional team.

What will you do?

A. Preparation & quality

• Prepare dishes according to recipes and planning.
• Work in accordance with HACCP and occupational health and safety (Arbo) regulations.
• Perform interim quality checks (taste, texture, presentation).
• Provide technical guidance to kitchen assistants and support staff.

B. Inventory & ordering

• Manage inventory and place orders on time.
• Check deliveries and store products correctly according to FIFO principles.
• Organize daily work schedules and mise en place.

C. Cleaning & maintenance

• Keep the workstation and equipment clean.
• Identify and resolve minor technical issues.

D. Improvement & innovation

• Contribute ideas for new dishes and kitchen improvements.
• Process usage data and help optimize operations.
